Founded in 1993 by Mr. Carmelo T. Ayson with support from Col. Ruben T. Ayson (Phil Marines) and Brig. Gen. Juanito R. Rimando, the company has grown from its humble beginnings. Inspired by his father, a former Korean Philcag veteran, Mr. Ayson leveraged his marketing and entrepreneurship expertise to establish COMMANDER SECURITY AND MANPOWER SERVICES.
